What if I don't use some rooms for my event?

We understand it can be difficult to accurately assess capacity needs for virtual events. However, we unfortunately are not able to offer refunds or credits on rooms that were not taken advantage of.

In the event of low turnout, your Event Producer will turn off rooms on-the-fly to ensure optimal participant engagement and play mechanics. We dedicate several resources to each and every hosted room, and we incur the costs of these resources even if a room goes unused. These resources, including our professional live hosts, are a huge part of why our clients prefer Weve experiences over alternatives.
Please see below for the policy that was included in your initial booking with language about unused rooms.
