Weve got you! The Weve platform is very flexible, and we are able to consolidate rooms as needed to optimize room size.
In general, this is not a problem! Your Event Producer is able to merge rooms as needed to ensure good mechanics in the rooms. That being said, the more info your Event Producer has going into an event, the better!
- Expecting just a few less participants than planned for? This is no problem! No need to notify your Event Producer, as our rooms can accommodate a wide range of participants.
- Expecting considerably fewer participants than planned for? Mechanically, this is not a big deal. Your Event Producer is able to consolidate and merge rooms on the fly to ensure optimum interactions. That being said, you may want to consider rescheduling if having considerably fewer participants is not aligned with your goals for the event.
