Before meeting your Game Producer, be sure to fill out your Dashboard to prep for your upcoming event. The information provided will help us plan and get to know your group a little bit better. Your Game Producer will be your go-to to help you feel confident for a fun and memorable experience🧡!
On Site Events:
- If your event is more than 21 days out, as soon as you fill out your Dashboard you will be introduced to your Game Producer within 24 hours via an automated email. We are coming in person and want to ensure you have everything you need to feel prepared leading up to your event!
- If you just scheduled your event within 21 days, please fill out your Dashboard and we will introduce you to your Game Producer within 24 hours via an automated email.
On Screen & Self Hosted Events:
- If your On Screen Pro or Premium level event is more than 21 days out, please fill out your Dashboard and you will be introduced to your Game Producer within 24 hours via an automated email. With the levels of customization for the on screen pro & premium events, we recommend connecting in advance to ensure all your ducks are in a row!
- If your On Screen Standard or Self Hosted events is more than 21 days out, please fill out your Dashboard and your Game Producer will be introduced once we are 3 weeks out from your event. With a standard on screen or self hosted event, there is less customization with a Game Producer and a turn-key easy planning experience. We got you covered!
- If you scheduled an On Screen or Self Hosted event within 21 days, please fill out your Dashboard and you will be introduced to your Game Producer within 24 hours via an automated email.
