You can easily see availability and schedule an existing unscheduled event within the Event Manager Dashboard!
View Event → Edit Event Details → Schedule
- View your unscheduled event in the dashboard via the event-specific link, or...
- Visit https://dashboard.weve.co/login
- Click 'Select Event' in the upper lefthand corner
- Filter for unscheduled events
- Click the event you would like to schedule
- Click "Edit Event Details"
- Click "Schedule" which opens the date & time window
- Select the desired month, day, time zone, and start time
- Click "Confirm"
- Carefully review the confirmation pop up
- Click "Yes" on the pop up
