As the organizer of your group's Weve event, you have some tasks to complete before the event. Ideally, all selections and options are defined well in advance of the event, so you can enjoy the experience with everyone else on your team!
Your expert Event Producer will be there day-of and will unlock your event 5 minutes prior. They will also organize and get the rooms and hosts prepared and ready to play as soon as your players log-in! What does this mean for you?
